Governing Documents

The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restriction for Mace River Ranch subdivision. CCR’s cover the rights and obligations of the HOA to its members and vice versa. They are basically the rules of the neighborhood.  This version contains all applicable amendments. Note that you can also find this document on the Park Pointe homeowner portal under Documents/CCRs and Amendments.

The Bylaws clarify the governing requirements.

Enforce and Fine Policy and Procedure – A written policy and procedure for enforcing rules, covenants, and restrictions in accordance with Idaho law.

Fence Screening Policy – A written policy clarifying the use of non-transparent screening materials on wrought iron fences.

Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Request Form – Homeowners Associations governing documents require approval before an owner can make physical modifications or improvements to their property or within an association’s common area.

Mace River Ranch Community Center and Pool Use and Rental Agreement – Any adult Mace River Ranch homeowner in good standing may rent the Clubhouse and Pool for meetings, parties, or other approved events.
