Clubhouse & Pool
The Mace River Ranch Clubhouse is located at: 900S Osprey Island Way, Eagle, Idaho.
Once the weather is warm and the sun is shining, a dip in the pool is a must! The Mace River Ranch pool will be accessible to homeowners throughout the summer months beginning just before Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day.
* Homeowners wishing to access the pool must get a FOB from our property management company. These FOBS are programmable, and we advise you check access with them once you get yours. When accessing the pool, homeowners are also able to use their FOB to open the doors to the restroom facilities, but will be unable to open the main part of the clubhouse unless a rental agreement has been approved for hosting an event. Please see below if you would like to rent the clubhouse for an event.
Renting the Clubhouse:
Would you like to host an event at our clubhouse? Residents have used our facilities for birthday parties, wedding/baby showers, and holiday parties to name a few. Please see the Clubhouse Rental Instructions below to get started.

Who can rent the clubhouse? Please be aware that rental agreements are only made with residents in good standing. Good standing residents are those that have dues current, and no unresolved CC&R infractions. The homeowner/resident must be present for the entire time of the event and sign the rental contract. The resident will be responsible for the conduct of their guests.
How do I access the Clubhouse for my event? Once your event registration is complete and paid for, your FOB will be programmed to open the clubhouse on your approved date.
