We have an important vote approaching, and your participation is essential. Our HOA Board is proposing a land swap to secure our irrigation infrastructure and minimize costs. If this proposal does not pass, the HOA may need to purchase the land, which could lead to an increase in the irrigation assessment.

Please join us for a special meeting to discuss this matter on December 5, 2024, at 7:00 PM, at the clubhouse 900 S Osprey Island Way, or consider voting by proxy if you cannot attend. We need a minimum of 2/3 YES votes to reach a quorum. The Proxy is attached to this email for your convenience.
